i tried this spot with some friends, and we decided to get some of the server's recommendations since we're not familiar with nepalese or indian food. the food was flavorful, and my favorite was the garlic naan that was so fresh. the samosas were a little lacking in flavor, but the sauces were so good and i liked how there was one a little more sour. i'd definitely recommend ordering a lot and doing family style! solid spot overall

Yum yum yummmy! Awesome Indian place nearby my house, and they even deliver. I would say probably closer to 3.5 stars for the actual food but the service was good so I bumped it up. I rarely eat indian food but i was in the mood for this subcontinent's cuisine the other night. I wasn't sure what to order but i went with the butter chicken, garlic naan and the yogurt dipping sauce. All were very very deliciously delightful! My only two complaints are that its a little pricey and they dont give u rice with every order. I didnt realize this so i had to make some on my own, which turned out just fine bc i like brown rice. Will definitely be ordering again!

Found this spot while casting about for a spot my friend and I both wanted to try, near my hotel and my last night in town. And Mt Everest did not disappoint. We had the momo dumplings, pakora and tikki mandala paneer and it was all delicious! I had never had Nepalese food before and while all our dishes were familiar (to someone who loves Indian food), they were all just a little different which I loved. Service was good and the restaurant is cozy. Parking was easy on the street.

Went there on Tuesday evening, for dinner. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting. We started with the Samosas, which were perfectly crispy on the outside with flavorful spiced potato filling. Creamy butter chicken with garlic naan was the main highlight. Server present at that time was very sweet and attentive, she asked us if the food was good and absolutely YES!! It was.

Used to live near this restaurant and would pass it on my way home everyday. Finally got to try it for lunch one day and my expectations were met. The restaurant is super cute, the decorations make it feel very cozy. The waitress that helped us was also friendly! I got one of the lunch specials and the serving size was definitely worth it. Honestly the most memorable thing was the side salad -- that doesn't mean the other parts of the dish weren't good, but I was most surprised by how good the salad was. Naan was nice and warm, and a good amount of crispy. With that said, I don't think anything was that notable, so I would come here if nearby, but wouldn't go out of my way.

Dined at this restaurant while I was in Berkeley yesterday and was craving for momos. We tried their chicken jhol momos. The jhol(soup) was so delicious full of garlicky and coriander flavours. The chicken stuffing in the momos (dumplings) was generous. Veg Chowmein - Great portions and like very simple street style taste. Kadahi chicken - Could have little more gravy to this dish, the chicken pieces were little big. The taste was as per what we requested for. Simple food with casual ambiance, Friendly staff always had smile on their face. Thankyou for the delicious food.
